Terms of use
Version 2026-09-01. These terms govern your use of singapr.sg.
1. Who we are
SingaPR (“we”) operates singapr.sg from Singapore. We are a private, independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, the Ministry of Manpower or any Singapore Government agency.
2. Information, not advice
Content and tools on this site are general information and self-assessment aids. They are not legal, immigration or financial advice, and they do not create an adviser–client relationship. Immigration decisions are made solely by ICA and other government agencies. We do not promise or imply any outcome, timeline or approval.
3. Accuracy
We verify facts against official sources and show verification dates, but rules change and errors can occur. Always check the official ICA or MOM page linked on each guide before acting. Where a translated page differs from the English original, the English original applies.
4. Tools and results
Tool results are based only on the answers you provide and on the published methodology. They are informational and are not an approval probability or a determination of eligibility by any authority.
5. Consultancy matching
Where you ask for help and are connected with a participating consultancy, that consultancy is an independent business. We are not a party to any agreement between you and it, we do not provide its services, and we are not responsible for its advice, fees or conduct. We may receive a referral fee, as disclosed on the professional help page.
6. Your data
Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, and how consent and withdrawal work.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, submit false information, attempt to access restricted areas, scrape lead data, or use the tools to harass or defraud others. We may suspend access for misuse.
8. Intellectual property
Site content, design, the SingaPR name and logo are ours or licensed to us. Official government text is quoted under its own terms. You may print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on site content or tool results, from third-party consultancies, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
