A realistic view of professional help
A good consultancy improves completeness and consistency, spots missing documents and explains the rules. It cannot influence ICA, learn your rejection reason, or shorten processing. Read choosing an immigration consultant before paying anyone.

ICA does not list it as a criterion. Sustained community involvement is the commonly cited way to evidence the “ability to integrate” and “commitment to sinking roots” that ICA describes; a short burst before applying is unlikely to read as commitment.
